If you’re assigned as a Power User, you can reset passwords for users within your organization. Follow the steps below to update a user’s password or send them a new system-generated one.

Before You Begin
Make sure you’re logged in to your Power User account. Only Power Users have permission to edit user passwords in the below manner.
Steps to Reset a Password
From the main menu, go to Users & Groups → Users.
In the User List, locate the user account you want to update.
Under the Quick Actions column, click the Edit (pencil) icon.
In the pop-up window:
Enter a new password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields.
(Optional) To have the system create and email a random password to the user, select Send new password to user.
Scroll down and click Update User. The user will now be able to log in using the new password.
