Power Users can generate detailed reports to track training progress and user activity. Follow the steps below to create a report in the Training Portal.
📝 Steps to Create a Report
1. Log in to your Power User account
Access the LMS with your credentials.
2. Click on “Reporting” in the top navigation bar, then select “Dashboard.”
3. Use the report wizard to create a custom report
While you can build reports from scratch using the wizard, we recommend starting with the All Course Progress Report for comprehensive training data.
4. Customize your report
Use the interface to:
- Edit which columns are shown
- Add filters to narrow results by user group, course, date range, or other criteria
5. Click “Generate Report”
This populates the report with the data matching your selected options.
6. Download the report
Use the download option to save an offline copy of the report for sharing or record-keeping.
