After creating a report in the Training Portal, you can schedule it to be sent automatically on a regular basis. Follow these steps to set up scheduled reports.
📝 Steps to Schedule a Report
1. Create or open a report
Once you’ve generated a report —where you see options to Download the report—click the Calendar button.
2. Configure your schedule
Choose how frequently you want the report to be sent (daily, weekly, monthly), and specify the recipients who will receive the report emails.
Important Notes:
- Only users with the Power User role can be set as recipients for scheduled report emails.
- Recipients must have Email Notifications enabled in their account settings.
- If you schedule a monthly report on a date that doesn’t exist in some months (e.g., the 31st), the report will be sent on the last available day of that month (for example, November 30th).
3. Activate your schedule
When your settings are correct, click Schedule to enable automatic report delivery.
4. Manage your scheduled reports
To see all your scheduled reports, go to Reporting > Dashboard and under Scheduled Reports click View All Scheduled Reports in the Training Portal navigation.
- To delete a scheduled report and stop future emails, click the trash icon next to the report.
- To view the report delivery history, click the History button.
5. Review report history
In the History window, you can see when each report was sent and download past report files.
- Click the # time(s) link to open the full history.
- Click the Download icon next to a specific entry to download that report.
- To download the most recent report quickly, click the Download icon beside the X time(s) link.
