What Is a Power User? – Help Center

Power users have roles with specific permissions that control what actions they can take and where in the LMS. This feature is available to subplatform and enterprise customers, allowing them to delegate tasks like user management or reporting.

What Can Power Users Do?

Power users have access to the parts of the LMS that are relevant to their assigned organization, including:

Enrolled courses for their assigned users and groups
User lists, with visibility into assigned learners
Groups and locations associated with their area of responsibility

Custom Reporting Capabilities

Power users can also run and manage reports tailored to their organization’s needs. This includes the ability to:

Create, favorite, and schedule custom reports
Track course completion and incomplete training
View user lists by location, department, or group
Export data to share with internal stakeholders

Managing Users and Groups

If your account supports this feature (check with your Gamma Support Team), power users may also have permission to:

Add or remove users within their assigned groups
Manage group locations, such as adding or removing practices or departments
