In order to receive a course completion record, each individual requiring training needs to complete the course in their respective training account. However, our online training courses can also be completed in a group setting. If you’d like to complete this training with multiple staff members at the same time, we recommend following the below steps.
Note: Please ensure each person in the group is logged into a training account in their own name when doing training as a group. This will ensure that when the group completes the course together, each individual receives a course completion record in their name.
- Designate one person i.e. the training facilitator to log in to their training account, launch the course, and to share their screen such that it is viewable to other staff members.
- Instruct all other staff members to log into their respective training accounts and launch the course on their individual devices – this can be a mobile device or computer.
- Proceed through the course together ensuring the facilitator and other staff members are viewing the same page at the same time.
- Discuss the training material, answer questions, and complete course content together. The knowledge checks and final quiz may also be completed together. It is the responsibility of the facilitator to ensure that each individual in the group is contributing to the discussion and is engaged in training.
- Once the final quiz is completed, the course completion record will automatically be generated in each individual’s training account.
