You may have seen a padlock icon () next to the Final Quiz in your training course:
If so, that means your Final Quiz is locked and inaccessible for the time being.
In order to unlock the Final Quiz, all mandatory lessons must be completed in your training course first. For guidance on ensuring you complete a lesson, check out this help article: When you want to proceed to the next lesson.
You can determine which lessons are mandatory if they do not have the word "Optional" in the lesson title:
In the example image above, Lesson 12: Walking/Working Surfaces is a mandatory lesson while the others are all optional.
