- You can pause/resume a training course at any time to take it at your own pace.
- There are knowledge checks along the way to test your knowledge with a final test at the end. You must score 70% on the Final Quiz to show a sufficient understanding of these guidelines.
- You may attempt the Final Quiz multiple times until you pass. The purpose of the test is to reinforce learning.
- On completion of the course, a certificate will be generated and saved under your Completed Courses. See this help article on accessing your certificate for more information.
- Advanced content: Throughout the training you may see areas of additional advanced content. This content is intended for the Compliance Manager, employer, or if you’d like additional information on a subject but is not required for a general employee.
- Optional content: Training may include optional chapters covering topics that may or may not be applicable in your workplace. If a topic is applicable in your workplace, it is recommended that you complete the associated chapter.
