Need to send a message or reminder to another user in the training portal? Read on for details:
Note: Messages in the training portal also send an email notification to the recipient if they have an email address on file.
As a Learner
Person-to-person messaging
1. Log in to your training account.
2. Click on your name at the top right of the screen and select "Messages"
3. Select "Message a User", fill out the recipient's email address, subject line and body of your message, and click "Send".
As a Manager
Individual messaging
As a manager, you can send individual messages following the steps in the section: Person-to-person messaging.
Sending a message to the entire group
1. Log in to your training manager account.
2. In the navigation pane on the top, click on "My Groups"
3. Next to the group you'd like to message, click on the "Message Group" button.
4. Compose your message subject and body and click "Message Group".
