Has a staff member missed their invitation to start training? Read on for guidance on how you can resend log in instructions.
There are several ways you can help a staff member access training:
- Registered trainees can always log in directly at training.oshamanual.com with their username (most often their email) and password used when their profile was registered. If you do not remember their password, they can reset it using the Forgot Password option at training.oshamanual.com.
- You are able to resend log in instructions by editing a trainee password via the Manager Dashboard. See this help article for details: Editing your online training profile details.
- You can always contact support for assistance using the Training Request Form: https://support.oshamanual.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
- If a trainee missed their training invitation, it is possible it is located in their spam or junk email box. We always recommend checking there for instructions from Gamma Compliance Solutions.
