Are you a Manager in the Training Platform and don't see how to access your online training? Follow these instructions to switch to your Learner Dashboard.
- Log in to your profile at training.oshamanual.com. You will be taken directly to your Manager Dashboard.
- To switch to your Learner dashboard and access your course list, use the dropdown arrow on the top right.
- Then click on "My Learning" in the navigation menu to access your course list.
