Updating your Manual and Documentation Kit
The Manual and Documentation Kit updates come in the form of an "addendum" which identifies the specific pages that are changing and instructions on how to include them in your kit.
- Download the updated Welcome Kit by following the instructions linked above.
- From the Welcome Kit, navigate to Updates > the folder for the latest version you haven't implemented > and open the respective Manual or Documentation Kit update document.
- This document will outline which pages contain changes and whether they are mandatory or optional.
- You are also able to print the updated pages from this document for inclusion in your kit.
Updating your Training - CD or Download
- If you've purchased a Training CD or download (only sold prior to 2021), follow the instructions above to access your latest training application.
- For your annual re-training, complete training on the latest training application available.
- Issue a training certificate as usual using the template contained in the download.
Updating your Training - Online
- If you've purchased online based training and need to conduct your annual re-training, simply repurchase the online course to do your retraining.
