Note: We email your account primary contact (this is often who placed the order unless you requested a different person be set up as primary contact) when updates are available. Updates are issued minimally once a year. Depending on when you've last accessed updates, new updates may not be available.
- Log in to your account at gammacompliance.com.
- Under Helpful Links, click on "My Subscriptions".
- You will then be taken to a page that lists all of your products that have updates.
- If you want to download a Manual, click on the title of the manual, and it will automatically download a PDF version onto your desktop.
- If you want to download a Welcome Kit, click on the title of the Welcome Kit, and zipped folder will automatically download onto your desktop.
- If you have a downloadable version of training (i.e. placed an order for a training download prior to 2021), click on the title of the Training, and a zipped folder will automatically download onto your desktop.
