Downloaded a zipped folder from your account? Follow these instructions to unzip and access its contents. 

On a Windows PC

1. Right-click on the zipped folder and click "Extract All..."
2. Select a location to save the unzipped contents to. 
3. After extraction, you will be able to access the contents of the zipped folder. 

On a Mac

1. Double-click on the file and it should automatically extract the files from the zipped folder. 

Note: If you have access to a training download and do not unzip it, the application will not open. Training downloads must be unzipped prior to launching the training application.
