Have a lot of staff members to enroll in training? Read on for instructions on getting onboarded fast.

- Download and open the attached user registration form below.
- Fill out the following form fields:
| first_name | Staff member first name as it should be printed on the certificate |
| last_name | Staff member last name as it should be printed on the certificate |
| Must be unique i.e. you cannot use the same email for multiple staff members. You can also use a fictitious email like firstname.lastname@yourcompany.com but email notifications will not be sent. | |
| role | Enter either "learner" or "manager". Learners only have access to the course but Managers are able to oversee your entire group's training status. |
| password | Must be 8+ characters. We recommend using the password for each staff member. staff members are able to change their password after they log in. |
| groups | Enter the name of your practice. We recommend making this name as unique as possible in case multiple companies have the same practice name. For example, you may enter Practice Name, City. |
Once you have completed the user registration form, submit a new ticket request, be sure to attach your user registration form to your ticket, and a member of our support team will assist you in getting your group set up.
