Completed training and want to access your certificate? Are you a Manager and want to access your staff member's certificate? Check out the instructions in this help article.

Accessing your certificate as a Learner

1. Log in to your training profile at training.oshamanual.com.
2. In the top header bar, select Completed Learning.
3. In the All Passed Courses list, click on "View Certificate" for the training you want your certificate for.

5. Download your certificate to save an offline copy. Your certificate will also be available in the Gamma Compliance training platform. 

Note: If you are a Manager and want to access your own certificates, switch to your Learner Dashboard and then proceed with step #2 onwards. 

Accessing certificates as a Manager

1. Log in to your training profile at training.oshamanual.com.
2. In the top header bar, select Manager > My Courses. 
3. Click on the course and you will be able to see a full roster of your team. 
4. Click on the Certificate Link to download the training certificate of the member you need. Note: you may need to scroll to the right to see the Certificate Link column.
