The Documentation Package contains all the required policies, forms, templates, posters, and stickers required for your practice to be in compliance with OSHA or HIPAA.

OSHA vs. Cal/OSHA vs. WISHA
- Products listed as "OSHA" cover the federal OSHA guidelines.
- Products listed as "Cal/OSHA" cover the California state specific plus federal OSHA guidelines.
- Products listed as "WISHA" cover the Washington state specific plus federal OSHA guidelines.
How do you pick a product?
- Do you need an updated manual, policy templates, posters, or stickers? We'd recommend the Package.
- Do you need training for your staff members? We'd recommend our Online Training.
- Need both? We'd recommend our Deluxe Package. (The Deluxe Package is a bundle of both the Package and Online Training at a discounted rate).
