Documentation package refund policy
As is the general policy in our industry, we may not issue refunds on our documentation packages due to the potential for copyright violation. A refund will be issued if you cancel the order before it is shipped or if the delivery is in transit. Shipping charges may be deducted from your order. Online training refund policy
Online training may not be returned/refunded once a certificate is issued. If a certificate has not been issued for a training course, a refund may be issued within 30 days. At any time within the calendar year of the purchase date, incomplete online training may be reassigned to a different learner. For refunds, see Request a refund below.
Request a refund
If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, contact us by submitting a ticket request. We review every request and aim to respond within two business days.
If you haven't received a refund you're expecting, note that it can take up to 10 business days to appear on your card statement.
